Annadurai combines a keen business sense with unmatched technological prowess. In early life, on his profession he travels many gulf countries. This was the opportunity he got to know about modern farm machines used in abroad countries. He decided to apply a new technique in an existing technology. Had collaborations with KARTAR Agro Industries, Punjab. He along with his team toiled months and months to make the required changes to adopt the new technology. Final Success came to them when KARTAR track combine harvester was launched to produce full length paddy straw. After getting a full length straw in paddy field, the difficulty was to collect & bundle it to home. Here started his next task, “How to make the paddy straw collection easier?” To find a solution he invented baler (farmers friend). He gives many ideas about farming machinery equipment’s and also he initiate our R&D Division to develop new electric type agri farming machinery which offer a clean, convenient, connected, clever, and cost-effective mode of farmer and India.

Santhosh has a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from PSG college of technology Coimbatore. He joined the Farm Equipment Sector in 2015 as General Manager and has since made significant contributions in the areas of Quality, Strategic Planning, and Business Excellence. More recently, he has played a key role in expanding and growing Santhosh agri machinery businesses in world wide. Under his leadership, Santhosh agri R&D has developed Multi Crop Chopper, Baler and has even launched several new products in India. And also he serves as a Member in, All-India Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (AMMA-India).
